I’ve been doing all the stretches to help sciatica, piriformis stretches, lower lumbar stretches etc. 2️⃣
I’ve gotten 1 steroid shot 0️⃣
I’ve gone to chiropractors 4️⃣

But bike riding 7️⃣
Each time I’ve gone on a ride I was terrified for what was ahead of me the next day. But those times the next day I’ve been…. In NO PAIN THE NEXT MORNING!

So, here’s to more bike rides and continue to stretch with some chiropractic help. I’ve completely told F**K YOU to this nerve pain. No, literally, screamed out loud like a maniac to my fu***ng sciatic nerve F**K YOUUUUUUUUUU!
