The Refinery **Powell location** will be closed October 6–10 and will reopen Monday, October 12 at 10 AM.

Injector Katie will have limited evening appointments available Wednesday & Thursday, by appointment only. 🤎

For urgent needs, please text us and include the word **“URGENT”** so our team can identify your message as quickly as possible.

Need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment? Please make changes through your **patient portal**. Texts and voicemails received during fall break will not be reviewed until Monday morning.

Please remember, we require **48 hours’ notice** for appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside that window may be subject to our cancellation/rescheduling fee.
