I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if your wedding day hair looks different from your trial after a major color change, it may not be your artists technique. 🤔

Hair color changes the current contrast, dimension, visibility of every curl, braid and texture detail. A dramatic color change before the wedding does not automatically mean the final look will photograph or translate better.

Your trial is meant to help you choose a look with a professional in what you already feel confident in, not creating something you have to adjust again for your wedding day in something you’ve paid to have certainty with.

After years of preparing brides for their wedding days, I’m officially preparing for mine, and being on the other side has definitely been an experience.

My biggest bridal beauty tip is not to leave every appointment to the final month. I started about five months in advanced for all these appointments so I could space out anything new, this will help allow time for treatments and color to settle, and to avoid any necessary stress later.

The goal is not to become a completely different person for your wedding. It’s to feel like yourself, just elevated, rested and confident when your day arrives. 🤍

Finishing Mist is NOT Setting Spray ❌

Learn from my mistake so you don't make it in your makeup day. Setting sprays are designed to lock your makeup in place. Finishing mists are meant to "soften" powder, foundation and concealer, and melt them seamlessly together.
This is a goldmine for dry skin.
