A no-show isn’t just an empty chair—it’s time I reserved specifically for you. 🤍

When an appointment is missed without notice, I’m unable to offer that time to another guest who may have been waiting for an opening. As a self-employed stylist, I don’t earn an hourly wage simply for being at the salon. If there isn’t a client in my chair, there isn’t an income for that time.

That’s why no-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy isn’t meant to be harsh or personal—it protects my time, my business, and the income my family depends on.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and genuine emergencies will always be handled with care and compassion. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as possible.
