Let’s take it all the way back to Angel’s Educare days. 🥹❤️ Look at how little my baby was!

Angel had some of the most amazing teachers during those years. I loved seeing how much he learned, how much he grew, and most importantly, knowing how loved and cared for he was.

Angel is my only baby who had to go to daycare, so as a mom, leaving him in someone else’s care wasn’t always easy. Knowing he had teachers who genuinely loved him meant more to me than they probably ever knew.

All these years later, we recently ran into one of his preschool teachers, Mrs. Minerva, and it brought back so many memories. 🥹 It really does take a village, and I’ll forever be thankful for the people who were part of Angel’s village from the very beginning.

Now here we are… Senior year. 🎓😭 From Educare to getting ready to graduate, somehow all those little moments became the big story of who he is today.

To Mrs. Minerva and all of Angel’s Educare teachers thank you for loving my baby! You may have been his teachers for only a few years, but this mama will be grateful for you for a lifetime. ❤️

Talk about a full-circle moment. 🥹❤️ 2011 → 2026.

I look at these two pictures and can’t help but get emotional. In the first one, he was just a little boy sitting in my chair, and I was a young hairstylist with so much life still ahead of me. Now, 15 years later, here we are—same client, same hairstylist, just different chapters of our lives. 🥹✂️

I didn’t realize back then how special this career would become. I thought I was just cutting hair, but along the way I’ve been given the privilege of watching kids grow up. First haircuts turn into school haircuts, then teenage haircuts, and before you know it, that little kid in your chair isn’t so little anymore.

And somehow, they keep coming back. ❤️

To have a family trust me with their child for all these years means more than I could ever put into words. These are the moments that remind me that what I do has always been about so much more than hair.

15 years. Same two people. A whole lot of growing up in between. 🥹❤️✂️
