Open Body Therapeutics
At Open Body Therapeutics, massage is more than relief—it’s about feeling safe, supported, and heard in your body.
I offer intuitive, therapeutic massage to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support lasting wellness ✨

Your body isn’t being dramatic — it’s communicating ✨
So often we label our symptoms BEFORE getting curious about them.
Tight shoulders. Clenched jaw. Restless sleep. Feeling “on edge”. Constant fatigue. Your body is not failing you… It’s working OVERTIME to protect you.
At Open Body Therapeutics, I believe your body is telling a story. You just have to be open enough to listen.
Pause today and ask yourself: What might my body be trying to say?

✨ Release ✨
A session centered on the face, jaw, and scalp to ease built-up tension and quiet the nervous system. Slow, intentional techniques work through areas that commonly hold stress, creating a sense of release that extends beyond the surface. Best suited for those experiencing jaw tightness, headaches, facial tension, or emotional holding in the head and neck.
Techniques may include craniosacral holds, buccal massage, shiatsu scalp work, and peppermint essential oil support for headaches or migraines.

If your body has been whispering (or screaming) for a reset… Consider this your sign ✨
Whether it’s your first massage ever or simply your first time with me, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Your first session is about meeting your body where it’s at — Book your session when you’re ready 🫶
Small business ownership has been one of the most challenging and rewarding journeys I’ve stepped into ✨
Open Body Therapeutics started with a vision bigger than massage.
A vision to create a space where people could slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported through intentional, nervous system-centered care.
There have been moments of doubt, growth, long days, lessons, and behind-the-scenes work no one sees… but there has also been purpose.
Owning my own business has taught me that empowerment isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s trusting yourself enough to keep showing up.
To keep creating.
To keep learning.
To keep believing in what you’re building.
Thank you for supporting not only a small business, but a dream that continues to grow every day. Your support means more than you know 🫶
If you’ve supported Open Body in any way—booked, shared, liked, referred, or simply encouraged me—thank you.

Open Body Therapeutics is evolving ✨
Over the past few months, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the way I want clients to experience massage and bodywork inside my space. I wanted sessions to feel more intentional, more supportive to the nervous system, and more aligned with the true goals of each client walking through my door.
With that being said, I’m so excited to officially introduce my new service offerings:
• Unwind
• Lengthen
• Restore
• Drain
• Craniosacral Therapy
Each session has been thoughtfully created with a more focused intention behind it — whether your body is craving relaxation, mobility work, nervous system support, lymphatic drainage, emotional release, or restoration.
I’ve also officially completed my MLD-C certification in Manual Lymph Drainage and will be integrating more lymphatic-focused care into my practice moving forward 💧
This next chapter of Open Body Therapeutics feels slower, softer, more aligned, and deeply supportive of whole-body wellness.
Thank you for continuing to trust me with your healing journey. I truly cannot wait for you to experience these new offerings ☀️
Booking for June is now open!
When lymph isn’t moving well, fluid accumulates, inflammation lingers, and the body can feel heavy, foggy, and overwhelmed.
I have created my first guide that will walk you through what I’ve learned from both my personal experience and my work with the body. I go into the different factors that can contribute to puffiness — like fluid stagnation, tension, and daily habits — and how your body is actually responding to them. Nothing overwhelming, just things you can actually start implementing right away.
If you’ve been dealing with puffiness, heaviness, or that “off” feeling in your body and want to understand it on a deeper level, comment “PUFFY” and I’ll send you the guide! ✨

Starting in June, things will be shifting a bit at Open Body Therapeutics.
As I’ve continued to grow (and really listen to my body), I’ve realized the way I’ve been working needed to evolve to stay sustainable long-term.
This means refining my services, being more intentional with how sessions are structured, and focusing even deeper on nervous system support and overall body awareness.
Nothing is changing without purpose—this is about creating better care for you while also taking care of myself.
I’ll be sharing all updates soon. Thank you for being here and trusting me through every phase of this work. 🫶
Some of my favorite tools to support lymph flow 🫶
You can use them… but you don’t need them.
My last two videos break down simple ways to open your lymph and get things moving—no expensive gadgets required.
Because at the end of the day, your lymphatic system runs on the basics:
movement • breath • hydration • sleep • regulation
On a perfect day, this is my rhythm:
✨ Vibration plate first thing to wake the body + stimulate flow after hours of stillness
✨ Stimulating my main lymph node areas with tapping + rubbing
✨ Gua sha + facial cupping to move fluid through the neck + collarbone pathways.
I use the best, premium tools from — use code OPENBODY for 10% off
✨ 9-minute body-based movement before the gym
✨ Evening leg compressions to support lower body drainage
✨ Legs up the wall before bed to drain, stretch, and calm my system
This isn’t about doing everything — it’s about creating flow and consistency in your body.
When you start prioritizing your lymph, you feel it. Period.
Do you use any tools? Tell me below 👇
Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement, breath, and rhythm for circulation, clearing inflammation, and reducing stiffness.
This 9-minute routine creates that rhythm!
It’s not about intensity.
It’s about bouncing, twisting, spiraling, and opening space for fluid to move.
When the body moves in multiple planes, lymph flows better.
When lymph flows better, inflammation resolves more efficiently.
Do this when you feel:
Heavy
Puffy
Foggy
Stuck
Just 9-minute. No equipment. Just rhythm.
Save this for the days your body feels dense instead of fluid 🫶
Your lymphatic system is your body’s quiet support system.
When it’s flowing properly, you feel clear, light, and regulated.
When it’s stagnant, you can feel puffy, heavy, or “off”.
Since your lymphatic system does not have a natural pump like your cardiovascular system (heart), it relies on you to get it moving regularly!
At this point, you should have a clearer understanding of how your body feels and how your symptoms relate to what I’ve explained about how your lymphatic system is meant to function.
Next, I’m diving into the Integration layer of the Listening Body Framework — where I’ll show you gentle, effective ways to manually support lymph flow and help your body circulate fluid more efficiently.
If you’ve been feeling heavy, puffy, or stuck… this is the part you don’t want to miss.
Save this so you can come back to it, and drop a “READY” below if you want the full routine 👇
