Thank you for supporting the Logan Fire Company No. 1 and your community!❤️🚒
It took me a long time to embrace that content does not equal complacency. Striving can still occur while finding balance and enjoying the journey💜⚜️
It’s almost fair time!! 🐮🐑Reach out to schedule now for after fair to help your neck and back recover!!🍀
But go ahead and eat the fair food! My favorites: pumpkin funnel cake, apple and peach dumpling, strawberry shortcake, ice cream, meat sweats burrito, fried veggies, fresh lemonade……i love fair food!

I have clients tell me all the time that they got a massage on vacation and it was overpriced and not very good. Schedule your massage before and/or after your vacation to get a price appropriate massage that is always customized to you, and with your massage therapist that knows you and your body. ⚜️💜
(This is the flier they kept handing to us as we passed the hotel spa last week at the beach)
Love getting to do what I do💜⚜️

Some people hear ‘relaxation massage’ and think spas and candles.
Here is what is happening:
Heart rate decreases
Breathing deepens
Muscle guarding decreases
Blood pressure often lowers
That is a measurable physiological change. Calming the nervous system is not a luxury- it’s maintenance and taking care of your health and well being. 💜⚜️ Meeting the client where they are and meeting their needs.
Let us help you keep training and living fully💜⚜️
