Four years ago, I sat in a hotel conference room learning CBM, hoping I could finally build my extension books after having only one solid one for two years
Today, I’m sitting in a room with top salon owners, learning how to fill the gaps in our businesses and build strong teams… something I said I’d NEVER do.

Trust the timing of your life.
This is something I’ve had to learn over and over again.
There have been so many times I thought I was behind. Times I questioned why something wasn’t happening yet, why a door wasn’t opening or why things weren’t moving as fast as I wanted them to.
And then I look back and realize… I wasn’t behind at all, God was orchestrating things I couldn’t even see.
There were things I needed to learn. People I needed to meet. Hard decisions I needed to make. And honestly, a version of myself I still needed to become.
I’ve learned you can’t force the right season.
You can do the work. You can keep showing up. You can pray about it and keep moving forward… but sometimes you also have to trust that God knows the timing better than you do.
Some of the things I wanted years ago wouldn’t have worked with who I was then.
But who I am now?
I understand why I had to wait.
Trust the timing of your life. Keep doing the work and keep trusting where God is leading you.
You may not be behind at all.
You may just be getting prepared for what’s next.
