I am 6 weeks post op from my spine surgery! It hasn’t been easy! But I am so glad of my progress!
How has my mental been during this process?! Some days, I just wanna sleep! Some days I feel like Wonder Woman! But when I feel myself about to get in that dark place, I jump the shower, put on my shower playlist and pray! 🙏🏾

My healing journey still continues, but I got this! 👏🏾🤸🏾‍♀️
