🏡 Little Shop vs. a Retail Store?

We sometimes get asked why we chose to have our Sniffing Shack rather than rent a traditional retail storefront.

For our small business, having our own little shop allows us to keep doing what we love while keeping our expenses manageable. ❤️

The benefits of our Sniffing Shack:

♡Lower overhead helps us keep our products reasonably priced
♡We can put more back into ingredients, new scents and products
♡We can offer a relaxed, personal shopping experience
♡ It gives you a place to smell the soaps, lotions and other goodies before choosing your favorites
♡ It allows us to grow our business at a pace that works for us

There are some trade-offs, too.

Because we don't have a traditional retail storefront, our hours are more limited and can vary around our full-time work schedule. Parking and space are also limited, and we don't have the visibility or foot traffic that comes with a storefront.

But that's part of what makes the Sniffing Shack a little different. It's small, personal and filled with products we've made and selected for you.

Every time you make the trip out, bring a friend, tell someone about us, share one of our posts or purchase something, you're helping our little business continue to grow ❤️
