More isn’t always better when it comes to your skin ☝🏽
More products. More actives. More steps. More treatments. Sometimes all that “more” is actually the thing standing between you and healthy skin.
I see it all the time — routines that have slowly grown to 8, 10, 12 products because somewhere along the way we were convinced that every skin concern needed its own serum.
But good skincare doesn’t have to be complicated.
It needs to be intentional.
The right cleanser.
The right corrective products for your skin.
Proper hydration.
Daily SPF.
And treatments that actually make sense for your goals.
That’s it. ✨
I would much rather build you a simple routine you’ll consistently use than send you home with a bathroom counter full of products you don’t need.
And if you’re currently staring at your skincare routine thinking, okay…but what do I actually need? — tomorrow’s post is for you. 👀
We’re simplifying things.
Save this as your reminder that your skin doesn’t need everything. It just needs the right things!
The temperature dropped 10 degrees and suddenly I’m ready to microneedle everyone
But really… welcome back to skin season ✨
Summer was for protecting + maintaining. Now we can start getting a little more intentional about the things that have been bothering you — pigment, texture, acne scarring, fine lines, all of it.
And friendly reminder: you don’t have to know what treatment to book. Tell me what you want to work on and I’ll help you make a plan that actually makes sense for your skin.
Cooler weather, cozy season & really good skin loading… ✨
Come see me. Your fall skin plan starts now.

It’s no secret there’s been a lot of change around here lately. So many special people have been part of this chapter, and with change comes a lot of adjusting, growing and figuring out what the next season looks like.
But through all of it, I’ve found myself thinking a lot about what keeps me grounded.
Someone recently asked me what keeps me showing up and I thought about it for a long time.
You guys do.
Getting to come in, see your sweet faces, hear about your lives, celebrate your wins, walk alongside you through the hard seasons, and help you feel good in your skin—it fills me up in a way I still can’t fully explain, even 13 years into this career.
There has been ALOT of change, and one thing I’m learning as I get older is that sometimes you simply have to adapt, keep growing and keep moving forward—even when it’s not necessarily your favorite thing.
But one thing hasn’t changed: my why.
I’m here to continue pouring into you. To keep learning. To keep growing. To give you the very best of me when you walk into my treatment room.
So while things around me may look a little different these days, I’m still here. Still grateful. Still doing what I love.
And I’m really, really thankful you continue to choose me. ✨

A little Sunday reminder before the week starts ✨
You’ll make the appointments.
Get everyone where they need to go.
Answer the texts.
Handle the work stuff.
Take care of all the little things that somehow always need done.
So while you’re looking at your calendar for the week ahead, don’t forget to put yourself on it, too.
Maybe that looks like a facial. Maybe it’s finally starting the treatment you’ve been thinking about. Or maybe it’s simply giving yourself an hour where you don’t have to take care of anyone else.
I’d love to have you in my treatment room. 💖
09/10/2026
I want you to leave my treatment room with better skin, obviously. But I also want you to leave feeling a little more like you. ✨
I want you to feel comfortable telling me you fell asleep in your makeup. That you bought the product TikTok told you to buy. That the routine I gave you is too much. That you have no idea what you’re doing and just need someone to tell you where to start.
No judgment. No pressure. No pretending you have it all figured out.
I’ll tell you when something is worth the investment — and when it isn’t. I’ll celebrate the tiny changes in your skin right alongside you. And yes, I absolutely want the update on the thing you told me about at your last appointment.
Because somewhere along the way, this became about so much more than facials and skincare to me.
Good skin is the goal. But feeling good here matters too.

Trying to find the words to send this beauty off has been harder than I thought. This one is a BIG loss, and I truly can’t wrap my head around the fact that I won’t be seeing her every day.
Jessica has been there for me quite literally every single day — to lift me up, talk me through things, make me laugh, and help in any way she possibly could… because that’s just who she is. She even made a habit of making my towels and prepping my room for me every day. Never because she had to, but because she is constantly thinking about how she can make someone else’s day a little easier.
She has been with us since the very beginning of this Hazel + Honey journey and has played such a huge role in helping build this business from the ground up. So much of what she does happens behind the scenes — things people may never see, but we sure as heck FEEL.
Patients love her. Employees love her. Everyone loves Jessica. She has this way of making every person feel seen, cared for and important, and she always greets you with the most genuine smile.
I’m going to miss my Jessica more than I can put into words. My office manager, my sounding board, my safe place at work, and one of the best friends I’ve gained through this chapter of my life.
I’m so incredibly excited for what’s ahead for her, even if I selfishly wish we could keep her forever.
We may no longer be coworkers, but I gained one heck of a lifelong friend in this one.
Love you BIG, Jess. 💖 Go do amazing things. You deserve every bit of what’s coming next.
