Midlife musing… This tiny weight felt very heavy today 😂🤣😅

I looked around, everyone else is throwing weights the size of a small car, well Roxy is anyways and well Sharon usually is but she’s got a shoulder injury actually they both do and they’re still smashing it out.

Meanwhile, I’m over here negotiating with my wobbling elbows and smooth talking my pelvic floor 😜😬.

But this is the shift in midlife…

I’m not here to get smaller anymore.

I’m here to get stronger.

Stronger muscles.
Stronger bones.
