Do certain areas of your body feel like they just won’t release, no matter how much massage you get?

That tight, stuck feeling around your shoulders or upper back is often not just muscle. It can be fascia that is not moving well.

Myofascial cupping works differently by gently lifting the tissue instead of pressing into it. This helps create space, improve circulation, and allow the area to move more freely.

It can be helpful for stubborn shoulder and upper back tension, areas that feel dense or restricted, and for clients who do not enjoy deep pressure.

If your body has not been responding the way you would like, this may be something worth trying.

The rewards under the “Entrusted Friends” loyalty system are earned through continued visits over time.

This system is my way of showing appreciation for long-term support. In principle, these rewards are more likely to be accumulated by clients who continue to return regularly, and those who have referred others successfully.

Rather than focusing on frequent promotions or new client incentives, I choose to direct my efforts towards the people who already trust and support my work.

I don’t offer traditional packages because I value client autonomy. I don’t want clients to feel tied to a timeframe or attend sessions out of obligation just to use something up.

I also don’t offer gift vouchers anymore for the same reason. I prefer that each visit is chosen freely, when someone genuinely wants or needs to come.

That said, any gift vouchers previously purchased will remain valid and will be honoured.

If you’d like to refer someone, you’re always welcome to share my details, or invite them in your own way 🙂

A small number of my long-term clients have been surprised to receive a complimentary treatment, but it is actually part of the loyalty system itself.

The system is designed to keep things simple, fair, and sustainable, while ensuring that loyal clients are recognised through a clear and consistent process.

Rewards are a natural result of ongoing support and are part of the system.
