Acupuncture is one of the most misunderstood and underrated tools we use to support women’s health.

Most women are surprised to learn that acupuncture can support:

✨Painful or irregular periods
✨Fertility and hormone health
✨Menstrual cycle support
✨Breech presentation support during pregnancy
✨Labour preparation
✨Postpartum recovery
✨Headaches, jaw tension, and sleep challenges
✨Digestion and nervous system regulation
✨Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm

Kim has such a beautiful way of blending education and nervous system support into treatments that help women feel calmer, regulated, more connected to their bodies, and more supported through phases of life that feel overwhelming and exhausting.

If you’ve been looking for more holistic support for hormones, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or stress, acupuncture may be worth exploring.

What’s something you’ve always wondered about acupuncture? Drop it below. ⬇️

And if you’ve had a positive experience with acupuncture, we’d love for you to share it in the comments too.

A little clinic update for our community:

✨Patti’s summer schedule is officially open for booking. If you know you’ll want support through July, August, and September, now is the time to start planning ahead.

✨Dr. Jen is adding more hours this summer to support women with chiropractic care. She has opened up Tuesday mornings, but book quickly as timeslots are already filling fast.

✨As the clinic continues to grow, we’ll also be looking for some additional front desk/admin support in the coming months (details coming soon).

We know appointments can book up fast this time of year, so if you can’t find a time that works right away, please use the waitlist.

Schedules shift all the time during the summer months, and being on the waitlist means you’ll automatically be notified if an appointment opens up that fits your schedule.

Ready to book or join the waitlist? Visit the link in our bio or send us a DM and our team will help point you in the right direction.

If your baby wakes up every 45 minutes overnight and everyone keeps telling you, “That’s just babies,” this is for you. 👀

Yes, babies wake overnight, and every baby has different sleep needs and patterns.
But sometimes there’s more going on underneath the surface, and that deserves a closer look.

The iron stores baby is born with are low and need to be filled via nutrition. And for some babies, low iron levels can show up as:

👉🏼Frequent overnight waking
👉🏼Restless sleep
👉🏼Short naps
👉🏼Increased irritability
👉🏼Difficulty settling

If you’ve tried everything: adjusting wake windows, changing routines, buying the sleep sack, following the schedules, and your little one still seems uncomfortable or unsettled, it may be time to look a little deeper.

Because sometimes the conversation around infant sleep isn’t just about sleep habits. Sometimes it’s about nutrition, development, and what your baby’s body may be trying to communicate.

Dr. Tina specializes in infant nutrition and supports families in exploring the bigger picture when something feels off.

If this sounds familiar and you’ve been wondering whether there’s more going on, send us a DM or book an appointment through the link in our bio. ✉️

At some point in motherhood, almost every woman runs into this.

Someone questions why you went back to work, or why you didn’t.

Why your child is in daycare, or why they aren’t.
Why you need help.
Why you’re setting boundaries.
Why you’re choosing a slower schedule.
Why your family does things differently.

Parenting decisions are deeply personal. They’re shaped by your child, your mental health, your values, your support system, your finances, your nervous system, your capacity, and your family dynamics.

People are responding from their own experiences, beliefs, or expectations, but they’re not living your life.

One of the biggest lessons motherhood teaches us is how to trust yourself a little more deeply, even when other people don’t fully understand your choices.

You’re allowed to make decisions that create more peace, alignment, and support for your family, even if they look different from someone else’s version of motherhood.

What’s one motherhood decision you’ve become more confident in over time?

Share with us in the comments below. Your story might help another woman feel a little more confident in her own choices too.

The hardest part of leaving the house with a baby…

Is leaving the house with a baby. 💁🏽‍♀️

People see the stroller, diaper bag, and car seat but they see is what it took to get there.

✨The feeding schedule you’re trying to time perfectly.
✨The extra clothes packed “just in case.”
✨The nap you’re hoping doesn’t get disrupted.
✨The anxiety about whether your baby will cry.
✨The pressure to be on time while also trying to regulate yourself and another tiny human at the same time.

For a lot of moms, getting out the door can feel mentally exhausting before the outing has even started. But here’s what we want you to know:

Sometimes success looks like simply making it there. Sometimes it looks like turning around halfway through. Sometimes it’s giving yourself permission to try again tomorrow.

Motherhood asks your brain to have so many tabs open at once. This is your reminder to give yourself some grace.

What’s one thing that makes getting out of the house feel easier for you right now? Share it in the comments. ⬇️

One of the hardest parts of postpartum recovery is that your physical ability and your internal healing don’t always move at the same pace.

You might feel strong enough to lift the car seat, get back into workouts, carry groceries, clean the house, or jump back into your normal routine. And sometimes, your body will let you do those things until it doesn’t.

Healing after pregnancy and delivery is about more than what you’re physically capable of doing. Your pelvic floor, core, nervous system, breathing patterns, and overall recovery usually need more time and support than most women realize.

This is why so many moms end up frustrated when symptoms like pelvic pressure, leaking, back pain, heaviness, or exhaustion show up months later.

There’s a big difference between “I can” and “I’m fully ready.”

This is also why support like pelvic floor physiotherapy and postpartum chiropractic care can make such a difference during recovery. Postpartum healing deserves more patience, support, and education than most women are given, and we’re here to help support you through it.

What’s one piece of advice you’d share with another mom going through postpartum healing right now? Leave it in the comments below ⬇️
